• Microsoft Clarity, with analytics permission, measures page use and creates masked session recordings to help us improve the site. Consultation form fields are masked.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads measure visits, referral sources and accepted consultation requests. Our shared Google tool runs only when you allow both analytics and advertising measurement. Personalized advertising and enhanced conversions, which send submitted contact details to Google, are disabled.
• Formspree processes the details you submit in a consultation request so we can receive and respond to it. This is separate from optional tracking.
• Vercel hosts the website and processes requests needed to deliver and protect it.

Our custom measurement events don't include names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses or message text. Submitting a consultation request doesn't subscribe you to marketing messages or give permission for optional tracking.

Providers may process information outside your state or country. Their policies explain their handling of that information: Google, Microsoft, Formspree and Vercel.

The website may use cookies or similar technologies to support site functionality, analytics, advertising measurement, and user experience.

Built by Design does not sell mobile phone numbers, text message content, or text message consent data. Mobile messaging information may be shared only with service providers needed to deliver and manage text message communications.
