Meet the trade and supplier network listed for Built by Design projects. Each planning guide explains the partner's specialty, the decisions to coordinate with BBD, and completed project credits where they're documented.
Built by Design plans and manages each remodel. The specialists listed here handle the trades that need their own crews, showrooms, or equipment, grouped by what they do: site prep and waterproofing, mechanical and electrical, surfaces and finishes, fixtures and hardware, and structure and exterior.
Each partner page is a short planning guide, not an advertisement. It explains what the partner does, which decisions you and BBD settle before that trade starts, and where those decisions land in the schedule. Where a completed project credits the partner, the guide links to that project story.
The directory reflects the partners credited in Built by Design's project records, and it's updated as new work is documented. If your project needs a trade that isn't listed, that coordination still runs through BBD's design-build process.
